This week we are presenting our project. I made a power point that tells how I will use my digital imaging in the classroom.

Spring Break

This is the video of my one day spring break. I got sick and the weather got bad. I do like to go down by the river.  My focus on myself was not great but I was by myself and did not realize it but I hope you enjoy.

Haiku

This is my haiku on faculty senate day. I got the idea for this thinking when my son heckled me about having to go to school on Monday while he stayed home.  I wrote the poem first and from that I decided on the clips to use. I tried a title page and fading to black for the first time.  I forgot to fade music out.

Home

I did the video of my wife"s home memories. In the video I have the houses of her mother, grandmother and great grandmother.  Times have changed the houses and the landscape since she played there. The what we called sticker bushes have taken over and the flood changed the contour of the land.  I thought I had cut the music at the end of the pictures but it did not work that way. It was a fun adventure. for all.

My first try at video and uploading to vimeo.What an adventure my son gets sick on day he is going to let me film him. Then I can not get into vimeo to post video.  Very frustrating. People almost saw a grown man cry.  When it finally worked I was so happy. This is Mrs Durstein teaching map skills.  I remember when students could read maps.  According to Westest those days are long gone.

Red

I took this picture because everything looks old and junky including old red roof and then thereis a new bright red roof. I like the contrast

I liked this picture because of the contrast of the two reds on stop sign and building.

This was my favorite and it has the least red. I like the earthy textures of the road, sand and leaves.
I like how the red even though it is a broken tail light is brighter and shinier.  Not sure why I like it so much but it makes a good computer wallpaper.

Reflection

I chose this reflection picture because I like how it makes it look like the lights reflection is painted on the water. I also like that it is the only color that stands out
